How: A Collaborative Approach with Dr. Lalith Wijedoru

Fluent Media combines technical expertise in multimedia with a deep understanding of human connection. In partnership with Dr. Lalith Wijedoru, an award-winning storytelling workshop facilitator, we take participants through a process to find, craft, and share insights and meaningful stories that may relate to the past, the present or the future.

Once narratives/personal stories have been identified and participants are happy to be recorded, we transform them into compelling digital assets. Enriched with personal photos, stock footage and motion graphics, footage can be tailored for diverse uses- from internal comms, to recruitment campaigns, to external branding.

Reframing Narratives

Our workshops are designed for leaders, HR teams, and individuals across organisations who wish to build a connected, engaged workforce. We especially aim to support cultural and HR leaders in global companies, helping them use storytelling to address employee engagement objectives, foster wellbeing, and celebrate diversity.
