This 6-month program has been designed to create a compelling library of video content that can be repurposed to meet your internal & external comms objectives.

Objective: Understanding your mission, goals, brand values and USP, we’ll work with you to identify a compelling narrative based around a common theme.

Activities: Script writing & storyboarding for specific episodes. From casting actors and presenters to filming and post-production, our team will manage each aspect of production, making sure you get maximum value out of our time together.

Deliverables: Scripts, storyboards and a smooth schedule for each production. A Success Metrics & Measurement Plan that outlines key performance indicators (KPIs) for each stage, how they will be tracked, and the tools or platforms that will be used to measure and report on success.

Objective: Bring your episodic content to life through high-quality, story-driven content.

Activities: When filming in our studio or at your location, we’ll capture visuals that resonate with your brand message, bringing the narrative of each episode to life in the most engaging way possible. 

Deliverables: A series of 6 10-15 minute professionally produced episodes, ready for distribution across channels. Each episode is crafted to build on the last, ensuring a seamless, consistent experience for your audience. A distribution calendar and targeted campaigns to keep audiences invested in the series.

Objective: To maximise reach & engagement across different social media channels, we will produce a series of short edits/social media teasers, focusing on key moments known to resonate with viewers and create an emotional connection.

Activities: In an effort to reach a wider audience, we will consider email marketing and paid ad campaigns, leveraging data and insights to fine-tune each episode’s storyline for maximum impact.

Deliverables: Custom promotional assets for each episode. A series of 30-60 second video clips from the full episodes, optimised for each social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok). Creating visually engaging intros and CTAs to encourage viewers to watch the full episodes.

Objective: Use data-driven insights to refine your content strategy, improve audience targeting, and measure the success of your series.

Activities: Throughout the 6-month period, we track engagement metrics, viewership patterns, and audience feedback to continuously optimise the series for greater reach and  impact. Post-campaign reporting offers actionable insights for future content planning. Interactive overlays can be added to specific edits if proven to increase engagement.

Deliverables: Regular performance reports, insights on audience engagement, and a final campaign analysis to assess impact and inform future strategies.

Focus: Highlight key processes, the people who make it all happen, and the unique culture that drives your business forward. This episode aims to humanise your brand by providing an authentic look at what goes on daily giving viewers a sense of the dedication, collaboration, and passion involved in bringing your brand’s mission to life.

Objective: Engage the audience by showcasing the heart of your brand—its people and processes. Strengthen audience loyalty, connecting them with your brand beyond products or services.

Potential Content: Showing what it takes to deliver on your brand promise, referencing your work with clients, and how you contribute to their success. A day in the life of various roles, operational workflow, meet the leadership team. Highlight moments where your team has solved problems or used creatively to overcome challenges or launch new products and services.

Episode 3: Powered by Innovation

Focus: Showcase your commitment to innovation- highlight new perspectives and your commitment to setting a higher standard- solidifying your reputation as a leader in your field. Through blended storytelling, visuals, and employee insights, this episode focuses on the “how” behind your brand’s innovative edge.
