This internal communications project for Yelp involved crafting and recording 20 individual stories, each aligned with one of their 5 core values:
The overall goal was to foster a stronger sense of community and alignment, highlighting how these values manifest in everyday life at Yelp. By showcasing these stories, Yelp reinforces its commitment to these guiding principles, encouraging a sense of shared purpose and collaboration across different teams.
Our approach helped employees connect more deeply with the company’s culture and mission. Many of the storytellers featured here represent support/special interest groups from across the business, such as women, mothers and specific religious groups.
